getting bulked

with no drinking, i've found myself with all this free time on my hands, and i've had to fill it with something.

thankfully, lifting up heavy stuff and setting it back down seems to be a good mental reset.

i would highly recommend anybody.

there's nothing that a weight session cannot solve.
