in as many years, i can't remember a prolonged period where i didn't consume any alcohol.
i thought that was a bit weird when i was thinking to myself, "i can go years and years where just alcohol is the constant."
i wanted to try and flip it on its head so that maybe i do a few months without alcohol.
i noticed myself getting more brain fog and just being a bit more lethargic, and obviously getting older, it has more of an impact.
so, yeah, i thought it was maybe about time to start off small goals of 30 days with no alcohol, and that's what i'm doing right now.
